Grief Workshops

Some prefer talking about their grief while others lean towards a more productive and creative way to work through it. Further, some may find themselves engaging in both.

These workshops are carefully designed to provide hands-on creative opportunity for both grief processing when words are hard to find or say as well as a relaxing activity to calm the brain from survival mode.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!

I can’t stress this enough. If you’ve never created a floral arrangement, don’t know what watercolors even are, or think you don’t have a creative bone in your body - this is for you as well as those who do enjoy artistic expression. I am not a professional artist (you will see!), but I believe in the calming impacts such activities can have on those bereaved.

Join me as I help you navigate, process, and express your loss in creative ways.

All workshops take place at Olinger Andrew Caldwell Gibson Chapel in Castle Rock, CO from 3:30pm - 5:00pm.

Registration is required at least 3 days prior to workshop.
